Do You ship to Canada?

Yes we do.  The shipping costs are calculated by PayPal when you place the order, and are based on shipping by United States Postal Service (USPS).  

Costs are based on the number of jigs purchased, i.e.:
1 - 5 jigs will cost $13.99 USD
6 -16 jigs will cost $20.99 USD
17+ jigs will cost $46.95 USD

Please let us know if you are ordering more than these #'s and we will help with the cost.

What happens when a package is shipped to an incorrect mailing address? 

We rely on PayPal to send us confirmed addresses and print the labels based on what is provided at time of order.  Please confirm your shipping address prior to finalizing your payment.  If your package is shipped to an incorrect address submitted with your order, we have no way to get the shipment back and you may lose your order.

Can my order be shipped expedited?

​We are able to ship using expedited services through USPS, but prior arrangements will need to be made to account for the additional costs.

Do you still have the white glow jigs?

​We currently have three colors of jigs that we sell - Red, Green, and White that glows Blue.

I ordered my jigs and have not got my package. can you help?

​All orders are sent with a tracking number which is emailed to the address provided to PayPal at checkout.  International shipments can be extremely slow with some of the packages taking three weeks to arrive at their destination.  We have been told that COVID-19 has many people ordering online and the volumes have delayed this process.  Please use the tracking number provided and follow the progress and submit a request to be notified by text or email of a status change.  We do everything in our power to get orders shipped in a timely manner and must rely on the shipping providers to do the rest.  Thank you for your understanding.
